On the 20^th June, Nick was part of the steering group helping Warwick University develop their MSc course in Service Management. At the end of the 1^st year of the course, this small group consisting of industry partners such as Roll’s Royce, IBM, British Airway, as well as other experts in the field provided feedback to the  course leader Mairi McIntyre to keep the course relevant to industry current needs
